Women’s Ministry: Take time to grow closer to God and your sisters in Christ by joining a daily devotional and reading using the YouVersion Bible app. Email Lara McClain at [email protected] to join in on our journey: “Glow Up with God: 30 Days to Becoming who God Called You to Be.” It is described as a way to build confidence in yourself and rediscover who we are as his daughters. This is a chance to take 5-10 minutes daily reading his Word, and we can discuss our thoughts together in a chat.

​Are You Taking the 3:16 Challenge?  Simply choose one of the 3:16 verses of the Bible (list and full explanation are on sheets in the Welcome Center), set your alarm for 3:16 each day this summer, and prepare to pray/and or act on your chosen verse when the alarm sounds. Make it a little more enjoyable by choosing an accountability partner to share your experiences as you become a "doer of the Word," not only a hearer. Sign the posterboard in the Welcome Center, let others know you’re participating, and let’s grow closer to the Lord this summer! 



Mission Prayers: Please lift up our two mission teams going out into the world this week to share Jesus’s love through the Good News and Good Works. Rock Youth are heading to Gatlinburg, TN June 14-20, and the Corey’s Choice mission trip is in Whiteville, NC June 13-19. Please lift both teams up as they build boardwalks and handicap ramps, install drywall, help a local food bank, and do community outreach. Thank you for your support through fundraisers, donations, and “Pick Pay Pray.” Now is the time to lean into that commitment to Pray! Ask God to grow his kingdom, draw people to him, and fulfill his plans through the work. This is our church on mission!

Food Bank Workers: 

Vacation Bible School Registration: Come join us at God's Living Water Park VBS! Vacation Bible School will be four days: June 29th through July 2nd. Then on Friday, July 3rd all families are invited back for fun with inflatables and water slides. God's Living Water Park is going to be a blast, with lots of exciting hands-on activities! We will learn what true thirst is and how to never thirst again spiritually. Bring your children and grandchildren or invite neighbors and friends. Signups for those attending and for those interested in serving are in the Welcome Center or scan the QR code or visit bit.ly/CabotVBS2026 to register electronically.

Office Administrator Position: We are expanding our church office by making this a full-time position (32 hours) to support the ministries of the church. Administrative tasks include creating, maintaining, and managing systems to help the church work smoothly; communications with the church and community; data entry and management; and church building usage rentals. Necessary Skills: clear communication, administrative skills, strong comfort level working with common office computer programs and apps. This person will work closely with the pastor and other staff to provide administrative support. The preferred candidate is part of Cabot Church or will make it their church home.
